Audience: All Ripple Treasury application users that access environments via User ID (UID) and password. This document is not intended for users who access environments utilizing single sign-on (SSO).
Purpose: To create and maintain challenge questions related to recovering a user’s password without the need for an admin or Ripple Treasury Support to intervene.
Setup Instructions
Navigate to the User Menu by clicking on the single-person icon at the top right of the screen and selecting the Challenge Question Maintenance option
Utilizing the Question dropdown field, select the question desired
Input the answer in the Answer and Confirm Answer text boxes and click Save
Repeat Step 3 until you have completed all five (5) challenge questions
Maintenance Instructions
Navigate to the User Menu by clicking on the single-person icon at the top right of the screen and selecting the Challenge Question Maintenance option
Use the Delete action item to the right of the question/answer that requires updating
Once deleted, user may revert back to Step 2 of the Setup Instruction to either choose the same question to provide a different answer, or choose a new question to be answered and saved.
