Mobile App: Set Up and Log In

Download Mobile App

1. Search for the Ripple Treasury mobile app for your device in Apple Store or Google Play Store.

   

2. Install the app on your mobile device.

Obtain Unique Token (Before First Login)

Before you log in for the first time, you must perform these steps to get a unique token and register the token in your Ripple Treasury Platform. This extra step increases the security of the mobile app.

If the app is deleted or you install the app on a new phone, these steps need to be repeated.

1. Open the mobile app.

2. Select the Set up your device link at the bottom of the login screen.

   

3. A Device Setup screen opens with a token unique to your device.

4. Send your device setup token to your Ripple Treasury Platform administrator to have it registered.

5. After your administrator registers your token, you may log in.

Register Token in Ripple Treasury Platform

You must have admin permissions to register a user’s token.

The steps to register tokens differ depending on whether you are using the new User screens or the legacy User screens.

Register Token in New User Screens

1. Go to Admin > Users and Access > Users.

2. Enter the device token in the user’s Device Tokens tab.

3. Ensure the Active column is Yes.

   

4. Have another user approve your change.

Register Token in Legacy User Screens

1. Go to Admin > Users and Access > Operator Security.

2. Enter the device token in the user’s Identity Token section.

   • If the user isn’t already in Operator Security, they must be added as a user here.

   

3. Have another user approve your change.

Log In

Before you log in for the first time, you must get a unique token and your administrator must register the token in your Ripple Treasury Platform. This extra step increases the security of the mobile app.

1. Open the mobile app.

2. Fill out the login fields.

   • Company ID: Enter your Ripple Treasury Platform company ID. This must match the ID found next to your name in the upper right corner of your Ripple Treasury Platform.

     

   • Location: Select your location from the drop-down list.

   • Username: Enter your user name from the Ripple Treasury Platform, not your email address. If you don’t know your user name, find your account in Admin > Users and Access > Users.

   • Password: Enter the password you use to log into the Ripple Treasury Platform.

3. Select Login.
