Mobile App: Use Balances Screen

Introduction to Balances Screen

The Balances screen displays your balances. Only balances from selected accounts are included in this screen.

• A toggle switches between the today and the prior day balances.

• The Group by toggle lets you sort by currency or bank. You can expand each currency or bank to view balances by account.

Mark Accounts to be Included in App Balances

Only accounts marked for inclusion are included in the displayed app balances. This feature helps you focus the information you see to the accounts you are most concerned about.

1. Go to Common Data > Bank Accounts > Bank Account List.

2. Mark the Mobile Balance Reporting checkbox in the account’s Account > Additional Information section.

3. Select Save & Close.
