Cash Forecasting Bank Accounts: View

  1. From the Cash Forecasting solution, go to Treasury > Banking > Bank Accounts.

  2. The Bank Accounts list screen opens with a list of the bank accounts that have been set up.

  3. Search and sort as needed:

    • Search: Enter information in the search bar to search for bank accounts based on the Name, Account Number, Bank, Business Unit, and Currency fields.

    • Sort: Select any column heading to sort the bank account list by that column. Selecting the column multiple times toggles between ascending and descending order.

  4. Review the columns:

    • Name: A full name that identifies the account.

    • Account Number: The full account number identified by the bank.

    • Bank: The bank that holds the account.

    • Business Unit: The business unit associated with the bank account.

    • Balance Date: The date of the last closing balance.

    • Balance: The amount of the last closing balance.

    • Currency: The currency in which the account is held.

    • Unmapped: The number of unmapped transactions.

    • Mapped%: The percent of transactions mapped.

      • Green Donut Chart: 100% of transactions are mapped.

      • Yellow Donut Chart: 75–99% of transactions are mapped.

      • Orange Donut Chart: 50–74% of transactions are mapped.

      • Red Donut Chart: Less than 50% of transactions are mapped.

      • N/A: Account has no bank transactions.

    • Bar to Side of Account: Indication of whether the balance is positive or negative:

      • Green bar: Positive balance

      • Red bar: Negative balance

Edit Model Assigned to Bank Account

  1. From the Cash Forecasting solution, go to Treasury > Banking > Bank Accounts.

  1. The Bank Accounts list screen opens with a list of the bank accounts that have been set up.

  2. Hover over the bank account to be edited.

  3. A More icon will appear at the right side of the bank account line item.

  4. Select the More icon.

  5. Select Edit from the drop-down list.

  1. The Edit Bank Account screen opens.

  2. Use the Assign to Model drop-down list to select a new model.

  3. Select Save.

Use Screen Actions

  1. Select the icons in the upper right corner to perform the screen actions:

New: Create a new bank account. Requires admin permissions.

Export: Download the bank account list the account list as an Excel document, including the filters you’ve applied.

Upload Account: Import new bank accounts. Requires admin permissions.

Upload Bank Rules: Import bank transaction mapping rules. Requires admin permissions.

Upload Bank Files: Open the bank file list, where you upload statement files and review files that arrived automatically.

Bank Account Groups: Open the bank account group list, which you use to report on sets of accounts together.
