Ripple Treasury: Menu Overview

The Ripple Treasury menu is organized around the way you work. Your licensed solutions sit across the top as your everyday starting points. After you select a solution, your working and configuration options are available in the panel at the left side of your screen. Fly-out sub-menus, Favorites, and search are designed to get you to any page in as few clicks as possible so you spend less time hunting through the menu and more time getting work done.

Setup and administration options are together in the gear Platform icon to keep daily tasks and behind-the-scenes configuration cleanly separated.

What Changed at a Glance

The biggest change is where the menu lives and how it's organized. The previous menu was a single list of modules stacked down the left side of the screen. The new menu puts the solutions you use every day across the top of the screen and tucks the behind-the-scenes setup areas into a dedicated Platform section, so day-to-day work and configuration are no longer mixed together in one long list.

Open Menu Options	Expand a menu option to reveal its sub-lists, which populates sub-list options.	After selecting a solution, the solution’s options remain in the left panel of your screen. Hover over or click a tab to open a fly-out sub-menu. Deeper items appear as nested fly-outs.
Frequently Used Pages	Navigate to them every time.	Mark any page’s star to pin it to your `Favorites`. These pages are always one click away.
Analytics and Reporting	Opened from within the menu list.	Opened from the Analytics icon in the top right corner.
Finding a Page with Unknown Navigation	Enter the page name in the search bar.	Enter the page name in the search bar.

If you use a handful of pages constantly, star them as Favorites on your first day with the new menu. It is the fastest way to make the transition feel familiar.

The new menu is built around your solutions. Here is what you will find and how to use each part.

Solution Tabs: The solutions your organization is licensed for appear as the top-level tabs. This is your starting point for everyday work.
Fly-out sub-menus: Hover over or click a tab to open its sub-menu. Sub-menus can nest several levels deep, so you can drill from a solution down to the exact page without leaving the menu.
Platform: Setup and configuration pages are grouped here rather than scattered across every module. Platform contains `Banking & Entities`, `Connectivity`, and `Administration`, each with its own sub-menu. This is where you go to manage banks and accounts, connections and file transfers, and users, access, and system settings.
Favorites: Select the star on any page to pin it to your `Favorite Pages` so you can reopen it in one click. Your favorites are personal to you.
Analytics: Open the Analytics icon in the top right corner for dashboards and reporting.
Help Center, Ripple Treasury Support, and Training: Use the Help icon in the top right corner to access the Help Center for step-by-step guides, submit a support ticket, and take trainings from the Client University.

Can't Find an Option? Search for It

Searches only returns pages you have permission to open, so your results reflect your own access.

If you know what you want but are not sure where it now lives, you don't need to hunt through the menu. Use the search bar at the top of the menu.

Search matches on both the page name and its description, so even a partial or approximate term will usually find the right result. In solution options such as Portfolio, the search can also return matching records (for example, financial instruments) alongside menu pages.

Select the Search icon.
Start typing the name of the page or option you are looking for (for example, "worksheet”, “counterparties", or "chart of accounts"). Matching pages appear as you type. Each result shows the full menu path to that page, so you can also learn where it lives for next time. Use the arrow keys or your mouse to choose a result. Press Enter or click it to go straight to the searched location.

The menu is built for each you individually, based on the solutions your organization has licensed, your role, and your permissions. You and your colleague can have different options if your permissions are different. If you expect to see a solution or page that is missing, it is usually a licensing or permissions matter. Contact your administrator or Ripple Treasury support.

Do I need to relearn where everything is?

Most items keep the same names. They are simply reached from the solution tabs and the Platform icon instead of a single top menu. When in doubt, use search.

Where did custom reports and dashboards go?

Reporting and analytics now open from the Analytics icon in the top right corner.

Yes. Your data and permissions are unchanged, and you can pin the pages you use most as Favorites.
