Options Available

You can view and edit the following options in the User Options screen:

  • COMMUNITY_AUTO_LOGIN: This is a legacy field. Contact your Ripple Treasury Support team to add a new user to your application. All users are automatically part of the Ripple Treasury community and can access Client University and the Help Center.

  • COMMA-SEPARATOR: (Default is “,”) Comma separator value for Excel exports.

  • DATETYPE: (Default is “T”) Payment workflow default date type. We recommend leaving this default at “T.”

    • T: Transaction Date

    • V: Value Date

    • P: Process Date

  • INITSEARCH: (Default is “Y”) Toggle search on initial page display.

  • TIMEZONE_UTC_OFFSET_HOURS: (Default is “–5”) Number of offset hours to use against Greenwich Mean Time for the current time zone

  • COLOR_ALTERNATE_ROWS: (Default is “N”) Color alternate worksheet rows.

  • COLOR_DEBITS: (Default is “N”) This is not recommended. It will color debit amounts red for User Codes that sum as Debit. However, if the COLOR_NEGATIVE User Option is turned on, then this will not be functional.

  • COLOR_NEGATIVE: (Default is “Y”) It will color negative amounts in red regardless of whether it is a Credit or Debit User Code.

  • DISPLAY_DEBITS_AS_NEGATIVE: (Default is “N”) This is not recommended. It will display all Debit User Codes as negative in your worksheets. Although all debits are, or should be, imported as absolute amounts, they will appear as negative amounts in the worksheets. However, if a negative amount is entered using a Debit User Code, it will appear as a positive number in worksheets.

  • EXPORT_ANNOTATIONS: (Default is “Y”) When exporting a worksheet, any existing annotations are also exported.

  • USE_CLIENT_REGIONAL_SETTINGS: (Default is “N”) In worksheets, amounts are displayed using regional settings.

  • WEB_WORKSHEET_HORIZ_PIXELS: (Default is “650”) Width in pixels of the worksheet printable area per page.

  • WEB_WORKSHEET_VERT_PIXELS: (Default is “780”) Height in pixels of the worksheet printable area per page.
